You too can be a Moon scientist

NASA's Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) has provided us with an unprecedented closeup view of Earth's closest neighbor (objects as small as 50cm are visible), and now Moon Zoo wants you to help.

Join Moon Zoo, and you can be a part of a huge "crowd sourcing" activity, designed to analyze the huge number of marrow angle camera photographs, putting a pair of eyes on every one of them.

SETI@Home was fun, but all you could contribute was spare computer CPU cycles.  This time, you can directly contribute! Here's their training video:
