Grains Were Significant Part of Human Diet 30,000 Years Ago

George and I have both dabbled in the "Paleo" diet, so it is interesting to me that I ran across this article through my Anthropology sources:

Multiple academic papers are cited, and the predominant grain seems to be cattails.
