In my book, this is the best Dreamcast site out there. Dreamcast IGN has tons of game reviews, game ratings, excellent articles, news, and best of all: Game Guides for most of the games that require you to do more than just point and shoot. Believe me-- the game guide for Shenmue will be indispensible! Must See: IGN's Top 20 for Dreamcast.

GAMESPOT is one of the premiere gaming sites on the internet. This is their Dreamcast site. I haven't had a chance to explore it completely, but for other platforms they provide reviews, news, and GAME GUIDES.

Looking for the best prices on the internet for games? Try the Game PriceZone! Yes, you can use them to search for Dreamcast games. Enter a game name, and they'll find the best current prices on the Web (it's how I found Crazy Taxi 2 for $14.99!).

E B Games
Another nice commercial site for console games. They carry games and accessories for really great prices. They have the Dreamcast mouse for just $9.99!

Game Universe
A nice commercial site for console games. Select DREAMCAST from the menu near the right-hand side. They carry games and accessories. This is where I got Quake III Arena for only $10.15 (they still have it!)!

BaySoft Games
This internet-only store is hosted at Yahoo Stores. They have great deals on a variety of game systems, especially Dreamcast. They carry a lot of both new and used games, and a large selection of accessories (I ordered extender cables for my controllers, a jump pack, and a used game from them-- great deals and they shipped quickly).

Dreamcast at KB Toys
KB Toys has a dedicated Dreamcast page... at least for now. while this is the place where I got Crazy Taxi 2 for only $14.99, most of their prices are close to MSRP.

Dreamcast Store at AMAZON.COM
Amazon not only carries a lot of Dreamcast stuff... they actually have great prices! the biggest disappointment is that a lot of them seem to be OUT OF STOCK. I got Crazy Taxi from them for $9.99 (actually, $4.99 after I used one of the coupons they send me periodically!).
